in our thoughts, our fears, and how we think we’re seen.

This work exists to slow that down.

THE RETURN TO THE BODY METHOD

You leave calmer than you arrived.
The images feel familiar, not forced.
A quiet return to yourself.

A gentle introduction to the experience.

Every session includes a calm practice.

You don’t just leave with photos — you leave with tools you can use every day.
Each session includes a 10-minute Return to the Body audio, designed to be used daily for 21 days to gently settle the nervous system through familiarity, not force. This practice helps the body feel safe again — and when the body feels safe, the face and presence soften naturally.

Each client also receives:
• A short face-calming audio
• Guided jaw, eye, and neck release
The Softening — a 4-ebook facial release series to ease tension and expression held in the face
The Mood Upgrade Starter Kit — a neuroscience-based system to gently boost dopamine and reset emotional tone (audio, guide, affirmations, and a 24×36 printable poster)

Why I do this work

My name is Kelli Jean Francois.

I didn’t start photography because I loved cameras.

I started because I understand what it feels like to not feel comfortable being seen.

There was a time when I overthought everything —
how I looked, how I stood, how people perceived me.

And I realized something:

It wasn’t about the photo.

You're not unattractive- you're just overthinking yourself.
